The dye cannot fully penetrate into the fabric, causing surface dyeing. This problem cannot be ignored for clothing that requires strict standards.



1. High penetration sublimation ink

So there is launched high-penetration sublimation ink appear. The principle is to use dyes with worse sublimation fastness and combine them with ordinary sublimation dyes to make inks. Dyes with lower sublimation fastness penetrate into the fabric when heated, solving the problem of penetration depth. But there is another potential problem: it greatly reduces the sublimation fastness level, and even in extreme cases, it may cause serious transportation problems such as color matching. Export orders should still be used with caution. This is not only a matter of various fastnesses failing to meet standards. It is not a problem with the test report, but a real risk in your transportation.

1) Cost: The process of RCT technology printing is: printing - drying - finished product. Some may require washing and finishing; generally not. Sublimation transfer printing process is: printing - transferring - finished product (some require finishing). There is no additional process, it just saves a piece of paper (a piece of paper that will increase in price), and your pocket will be bigger.


2) Effects: The effect is the same as that obtained by traditional printing and dyeing. The color, fastness and penetration will no longer be compromised due to the digital printing process. It may not be appropriate to reduce the sublimation fastness of high-permeability sublimation ink for the sake of permeability.


3) Principle: RCT technology has the essence of high fastness due to the selection of dyes with high sublimation fastness and high light fastness. These dyes basically do not sublime and therefore cannot be used in sublimation inks. Therefore, these fastness indicators are not naturally available in all sublimation inks. Instead, high-penetration sublimation inks use dyes that are less fast to sublimate to solve the bleeding problem.


4) Clear and non-smudged. Even if RCT completes high-penetration printing, the picture is still very clear. The reason is that these dyes have high migration fastness and will not migrate or smudge during the color development process or even over-color development, so they can remain Original printing accuracy. The mechanism of high-penetration sublimation ink is like this: you let me penetrate deep, but I penetrate to both sides. Humans can no longer control the direction of my sublimation. Hahaha. Therefore, in order to penetrate deeper, the picture must be blurred.


5) The penetration of RCT technology is actually controllable. You can make it penetrate or prevent it from penetrating. You control this through the computer rather than by changing the ink. Some high-penetration sublimation inks with levels of penetration ability will dazzle you, because it is not the ink, but your hair color condition is also an influencing factor. So many factors are entangled together and it is enough to drive people crazy. In fact, society needs a technology that can control all fabrics and any penetration. 6) Transportation risks: Typical shipping takes 1-2 months, and the internal temperature of the container is 70-80 degrees. I have never seen a more outrageous description, but this temperature is enough to cause ordinary sublimation ink to begin to sublimate and contaminate adjacent products. I have heard of weird cases where the entire cabinet was returned. Using RCT dispersed direct spray helps reduce this risk, and it may never happen because its sublimation fastness is so high.


7) Sun exposure: Polyester elastic is basically used outdoors, and sun exposure is a serious indicator that brands must consider. Some sublimation inks have only level 2-3 light fastness, while RCT technology’s dispersion direct ink has a light fastness of level 5 or above or better.
