From August 14 to 16, 2024, the "Yuanxin · 2024 National Printing and Dyeing Industry Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Annual Conference" hosted by the China Dyeing and Printing Association was held in Yancheng, Jiangsu. The meeting discussed and exchanged views on the latest national environmental management policies, the research and development and application of pollution reduction and carbon reduction technologies and equipment in the printing and dyeing industry, and efficient printing and dyeing wastewater and waste gas treatment technologies. "HONGSAM® Cationic Dye Ink" was selected into the “Recommended Catalogue of the 17th batch of advanced energy conservation and emission reduction by China Dyeing and printing Association. This is the sixth ink from Hongsam Digital to be included in the catalog.

HONGSAM® Cationic Dye Ink



Unlike other non-aqueous solvent products in China, "HONGSAM® cationic dye ink" is a water-based environmentally friendly dye ink developed with water as solvent in strict accordance with the environmental protection requirements of textiles, which ensures the stability of the ink pH value and prevents corrosion of the nozzle. Its quality is stable and can be stored for a long time. HONGSAM® cationic ink can be printed on fabrics such as cationic modified polyester and acrylic. The colors are very bright, and the washing fastness and rubbing fastness have reached high technical requirements. The sunlight fastness on acrylic fabrics can reach level 7. It can provide 9 colors, and can provide golden yellow, including C cyan, M magenta, Y yellow, K black, Golden Yellow golden yellow, Bule, LM light magenta, LC light cyan, Gray light gray, suitable for EPSON, Starlight and other series of nozzle printers, suitable for direct printing on fabrics such as cationic modified polyester and acrylic, without pre-treatment and post-washing process, and no wastewater is generated. Printing on demand saves 40-60% of color paste, and the subsequent evaporation heat consumption is much lower than traditional printing. It is truly green printing and green production, helping printing companies achieve high-quality development and become a new quality productivity in the manufacturing industry.


With the increasing global environmental awareness, the high pollution and high energy consumption in traditional printing and dyeing processes have attracted more and more attention, and the market demand for green and environmentally friendly printing and dyeing materials is increasing. Environmental performance: Compared with traditional dye inks, cationic dye inks can significantly reduce the use of chemical additives and significantly reduce wastewater emissions during use. In 2024, the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association organized the application for the "17th Batch of Recommended Catalog of Advanced Technologies for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in China's Printing and Dyeing Industry" to increase the promotion of green and low-carbon technologies and promote the widespread application of advanced technologies in the industry. The application conditions are: the technical level has reached the international advanced level of similar technologies or is in a leading position among similar domestic technologies; the effects of water saving, energy saving, pollution reduction, and carbon reduction are significant; the process technology is mature, economical, practical, and can be widely used promotion. Application requirements include patent certificates, product identification certificates, award certificates, promotion and application certificates (user reports), product quality testing certificates, technical reports (technical papers), etc. HONGSAM® digital cationic ink all meets the application requirements in terms of patented technology, advanced indicators, product promotion and application, etc. After review by the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association and strict evaluation by industry experts, HONGSAM® cationic dye ink was successfully selected into the "17th Batch Recommended Catalog of Advanced Technologies for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in China's Printing and Dyeing Industry".
