On March 30, 2010, spring came, flowers bloomed, and everything revived. Dang Yingjian, Deputy Director of the High-tech Industry Division of the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Chen Zhigang, Assistant Director of the Zhengzhou Development and Reform Commission, visited and inspected Hongsam Digital Technology Park.
