Hongsam Cationic ink post-treatment liquid (fixing agent) AA-03 is used for spraying in the middle of the carpet process to improve the fixation rate of cationic ink and improve the color fastness of carpets.

Post-treatment color fixation for modified polyester, acrylic carpet cationic dye printing, and nylon carpet acid dye printing.

1. When using this product to pretreat fabrics, pay attention to the uniform amount of liquid in the left, middle and right sections of the front and rear sections, and control the liquid rate at about 60-80%; the fabric must be fully dried and sealed before printing.

2. When drying fabrics treated with this product, the temperature should not be too high and the time should not be too long. The drying temperature should be 60-100℃. The treated fabric should not be left for a long time to avoid affecting the digital printing effect.

3. It is strictly prohibited to contact, wipe, or inject into the printer printhead or pipeline.

4. It is strictly prohibited to mix or confuse this product with ink, cleaning fluid, printhead protection liquid, and ink guide fluid.

5. Not for drinking, and pls keep out of reach of the children.

6. Sealed and keep away from sunlight for 6 months, and advised to be finished within 15 days once opening
