After the online voting, the organizers organized an offline expert review meeting for the "SRDI" New Forces of Zhengzhou. Department heads, university scholars, and industry experts compare multiple data such as the revenue, profits, tax payment, and growth changes of the participating enterprises, as well as R&D investment and its proportion. By querying the integrity and public sentiment of the enterprises, they seriously vote and score, select the best from the best, and recommend enterprises that can be shortlisted for the "SRDI" New Forces.
